    They turned off my alarm for months. Someone was living in my vacant house while I was out of state. Handprints on the door looked an army came and went. Lots of damages. Door was unlocked when I got back. They refused to investigate or provide a list of who it was shown too. Because it was listed, Insurancr wouldn't cover any damages or theft. They had sold Mr the house and I would never imagine how I was treated... N Nadia DB

    I dont understand Chase, They will not let me deposit cash ??? I have to go to Amscot and get money order ??? I do not bank here just pay my mortgage here. Very inconvenient

    In 2016 we had an account compromised. We closed the account. They did not pay attention to the items we told them were outstanding and returned them. A few months later my wife went into the bank and asked if we could download the files into our QuickBooks for our 2016 taxes and she was told yes but I would need to go in as I was the owner of the account. When I went in I was told we couldn't have this in digital format by a rep talking on the phone to somome somewhere else period. I feel like I was lied to not to mention now I will have to enter in all transactions by hand. Thank you chase. I wish they had told me to download those files before we close the account!!!!
