    Please be ware of this place. After 15 plus years with this company, I canceled with them when I moved out of state. Their response was charge my card for a six month renewal, one month coverage of which they added a driver we specifically told them is a CA resident and has his own insurance several months prior to that. My bank credited the amount they took from me and I filed a fraudulent claim with my bank after my failed attempts with the company to get me the refund. My bank sent a letter explaining exact amounts taken by Allstate and what amounts were refunded. This company refused to respond to my emails, address the letter from my bank and instead provided me with a spread sheet that was created by the company and might I add very poorly. The excel spread sheet shows that the company refunded the amount twice when my bank account and my bank confirmed the opposite. I requested to have the matter escalated to their finance department where I can be provided with actual numbers and accounting and not a spread sheet I can create myself. None of my emails were responded to and instead the account was sent to collections which is a form of bullying played by the company. Unfortunately, many of us customers rather pay the amount they claim is due to them to avoid damaging our credit and move on. I, however, will chose the route of litigation and will hopefully get this company to respond and hope to prevent them from doing this to other customers.
