  After a trip an fall at a complex in Daytona Beach and no response from management, we contacted Rue & Ziffra. They were accommodating to a fault! They saw us almost immediately after contacting their office and it was an attorney that we saw, not a receptionist. In one visit everything was explained to us and all the necessary paperwork signed to initiate action. I can't say enough about the frankness, honesty and compassion that we received from the people at their office and the follow thru with everything.

  They always answer the phone in a delightful manner and are never to busy to stop and help me with whatever I may need. From asking questions and getting an update or information to immediately preparing a letter of protection for a doctor's appointment. I used them before and I was so happy with their service that I'm using them for a second time and will do so again should I need to in the future.
