  Town & Country Insurance Agency, Inc. They were referred to me by my real estate agent. They charged me excessively for homeowners insurance when I relocated to Florida from Indiana. After the move, I took time to research other insurance companies. I found the same coverage from another insurance agent for much less. I have tried since October to get this agent to refund my money, once I got new insurance. I have called 7 times now, to get help. Chris Paterson, agent, has lied and refused to return calls. I have left 2 messages for the owner of the agency, Jason Prospect, and yet to receive a call back. I have faxed the cancellation letter and declaration page numerous times and Chris denies receiving. I have a page from the fax that states the fax went through. I have also emailed this to Chris Paterson. And more denials of receipt. I called Florida Peninsula and no contact has been made by Town & Country about my cancellation. I am now dealing directly with Florida Peninsula to get my refund.
